How we work together

Every signing starts with a meeting and a written agreement. Revenue share fixed at signing. Terms transparent. We do not take ownership of your name, your handles, or your existing contracts elsewhere.

Bookings, content licensing, and platform revenue tracked separately and visible in a shared monthly statement. Payouts on the fifteenth. Either party can give ninety days’ notice — revenue earned during the notice period belongs to the talent in full.

We sign for fit, not volume. The roster is small enough that no signing is forgotten, and senior enough that every signing has a senior point of contact from day one.

Questions

What people usually ask.

For most signings, no. We work non-exclusively on bookings and exclusively on the content we produce for you. Full exclusivity is reserved for senior placements and is always negotiated, never assumed.

We sign internationally. Most of our active roster is European, with established working relationships in the United States and a smaller presence in Latin America. Geography is not a filter.

Editorial photography, video, social-first short form, and where the brief calls for it, scripted long-form. Standards for what we will and will not produce are written into the signing agreement.
