Senior teams only
We operate small senior teams. Every engagement has a partner-level point of contact. There is no junior layer between the work and the people responsible for it.
Paid to compound
Most of our engagements are in their second year or later. The work we do in the third year of a relationship is the work we are most proud of. We do not chase logos.
Where we operate
Synthia is operated by a small senior team based in Geneva, with collaborators across Europe and the United States. We serve clients from Switzerland, the European Union, the United Kingdom, and select North American accounts. We do not list a founder or a team page. The firm presents itself institutionally.
